Orders placed before the 17 hrs will have the following delivery periods:
Peninsula (MRW): 24/48 hours (for orders placed before 05:00 pm).
Balearic Islands (MRW): 4/5 working days.
International Estándar (CORREOS): Up to 5/10 business days, depending on the destination. In any destinations (for instance in some american states, this time can be longer.
International Express (TNT): 2 labour days in Europe, max 5 labour days in North America

EXPRESS Península (MRW) = 1,57 € + IVA = 1,90 €
ESTÁNDAR Canary Islands, Baleares Islands, European Union (except Spain and Portugal) and North America (CORREOS) = 9 € (E.U. inc. IVA, North America exc. taxes)
EXPRESS EUROPEAN UNION AND NORTH AMERICA = 15 € (E.U. inc. IVA, North America exc. taxes)
The rest of destinations: Sorry, no deliveries.
VAT included in prices in European Union. Out of European Union, no taxes.
IMPORTANT: Shipments sent out of European Union to countries with specific customs arrangements, will generate costs of customs and/or taxes that are not included in these rates and must be paid by the addressee upon receipt.
4) I want to send my order to an address other than my own
You can send your order to an address other than yours. To confirm your purchase, you will be asked to indicate the delivery address if different from the billing address that you have registered.
5) When will I receive my order?
The delivery time for each request begins once the payment has been made. To those carried out by bank transfer, the process begins once checked the payment order. If due to circumstances beyond our control we could not comply with the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase or of course we offer you the possibility to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
When the order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order goes out of the store, another with a tracking number, with link to the web page of the courier company and finally the carrier will contact you by sms or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order.
6) And if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
The MRW/CORROES company will make two delivery attempts. If it proves impossible to make the delivery after these attempts, the package will return to our stores. Subsequently, we will contact you before resubmitting it.
